By accessing and using Novrina's services, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. These terms govern access to executive mentorship programs, tax planning consulting, corporate governance, and private capital portfolio management.
Novrina provides advisory and executive mentorship services aimed at protecting consolidated assets, diversifying investments, and optimizing fixed cost structures for medium-scale commercial and industrial companies. The content and recommendations provided are informational and strategic in nature and do not constitute binding legal or financial advice without a specific contract.
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information during the mentorship process. They are responsible for independently evaluating any recommendation before implementing it in their organization. Novrina assumes no responsibility for business decisions based on mentorship sessions without additional internal analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novrina shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunities, or lost profits arising from the use of the services. Novrina's total liability in connection with any service provided is limited to the amount paid for such service in the last six months.
All material provided during mentorships, including documents, presentations, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Novrina. The user may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize such material without prior written authorization.
Novrina undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all commercial and financial information shared by the user during mentorship sessions, unless disclosure is required by law or competent authority.
Novrina reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to active users at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the services after the modifications come into effect constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
Either party may terminate the mentorship service with 30 days' prior notice. In the event of a serious breach of these conditions by the user, Novrina may immediately suspend access without the right to a refund.
